New house - sensitivities

Hello! For those who moved in a new house, how did you manage? I recently moved into a new apartment and everything is new and the air is pretty heavy. I am very reactive now, probably because of VOCs, formaldehide. I try to open the windows but it.s very cold outside now and it.s not a solution. With windows completly opened I start to feel better. I.m also afraid there is hidden mold although the building was finished in 2023. I also do not smell humid or moldy around in the house. Any advice? Primary symptoms are respiratory, digestive and mental.
