Coworker is giving our manager ideas to micromanage us

Don't share this outside of Reddit please. This coworker is still new and have like 10+ years of experience compared to the rest of us. We already have a time tracker and send daily reports. Now we have to submit 2 reports one for start and end of day. We are creatives so this much reporting is very weird.

Aside from that she gave our manager an idea of sharing a week schedule like a calendar of how much time we spent on each task all because she spent so much time on a detailed report and visual of what she did per day. I mean it's okay to overperform but don't drag us into it. In the 2 weeks of training, there is no work and I get she's bored af. But she doesn't know how bad the workload is, because we've been here longer than her. So she overperforms with the reports.

Aside from this, our agency also requires us to submit a report weekly and monthly. I work for an agency and it's already a high stress environment. Now I have to spend so much time on reports.

She keeps messaging on our group chat about the new implementations. Then she also DMs us each to check our groupchat every time she sends a message there. Gurl I read it, you don't have to message me to read it. It's so annoying.

Ugh I just want to finish my work and go home please!
