HELP!!

so i recently just bought a miata and realized that the taillights are led and im having a wiring issue…

basically when my headlights are off my brake lights work fine! Butttt the issue is when i turn on my headlights instead of the white LEDS running, it makes my brake lights stay on, and when i brake theres no difference and you cant tell when i brake.

any suggestions on what to do ?
