Ladies, is having a skincare routine a turn off?

So I recently just moved, so I have family help me with that. One of my cousins found my skincare products, to make a long story short. He said having a skincare was gay and women won’t see me as a man.

I tried to tell him that I just wanna to look young and be one of those people who look way younger that they are( which it is a real goal of mine).

Idk it left me wondering and since I don’t care for men and want to attract women, I wanna hear your perspective
