Bell/Ebox installation

Bell has recently expanded their Fiber internet to my neighborhood. The fiber cable hasn't entered my home yet, I live in a townhouse with no side access and so the only way the fiber cable from the front, I prefer to have the modem placed somewhere near the middle of the home on the first floor. Anyone has any experience of Bell technician going the extra mile to install the modem where you wanted it to be or they will just do basic installation by entering the basement and hang the modem near the electrical panel?
