Book set in Scotland about a lesbian woman who parties and has substance abuse I believe (more in comments)

I remember one major part of the plot was that she got really drunk and ended up meeting a girl who was also very drunk and took pictures of her in a compromising state and spent a portion of the book trying to rectify it.

Set in Scotland, main character was female and a lesbian.

If I remember correctly was written similar to trainspotting
