Will you actually get in trouble for this?

I've sometimes seen drivers going through residential areas with the side doors opened. I tried it just now, but I got a pop-up on the Flex app.

Since I'm aiming for full time, I'm trying to keep my safety score as perfect as I possibly can. Will driving with the side door open affect safety scores?
