Can you help me?

Does anyone know a way to transfer games without complications? The game is in .GOD format, but the transfer to the hard drive with Aurora and the other files gets canceled at 99%, sometimes due to an ERROR and other times because of the "Insufficient space" message, even though I have more than 1.90TB free and the folder (resulting from decompression) is only 10GB.
