Best choice if only buying one sleeve?

Due to budgetary constraints I don't foresee having a collection like many on here. In fact, I expect to just buy one sleeve and that will be the one I will be stuck with for a while. So I want to make sure it is a good one. I realize it's very subjective, but I'm sure there is somewhat of a consensus out there, right? All things being equal, what do you all consider the most pleasurable one? Around 5x5 and cut if that helps. I see Regal getting lots of good reviews. Would that be a good choice if it's going to be your only one?

Also, as far as lube, I see Gun Oil H20 recommended here a lot. Is that pretty much the best one? And is a 16 oz bottle going to last a long time, or should I go for 32?
