Advice on a single for a gift

My little brother is graduating from college this year, and I’d like to get him a card he’s always wanted as a treat, the Icetill explorer’s fracture foil! He’s a little picky about the quality of his cards, though, and our local game store doesn’t carry singles as expensive as this one so I can’t check the quality like that. Anyone have any recommendations for where I can search for one of these?
