My ex wont stop texting me. I don’t know what to do

Short story: we had both suicidal ideation and depression. I am a CSA and she was a good support.

I still love her. But she decided to end things. My psychologist has “forced me” to maintain zero contact with her. I have her blocked in whatsapp. But still she writes me emails, once a week or so. She is now with another man but tells me that she can’t stop thinking about me.

My CPTSD is about abandonment issues, feelings if inferiority and… I feel all alone here. I hate when she uses phrases like “i still like you” when she doesn’t want anything serious with me.

Should I block her from mail too? I know I don’t feel courageous enough. I’m the one still in love after all.
