Video editing questions

Does anyone edit gameplay videos on and from their deck? I use Davinci Resolve and typically edit up to an hour and a half of footage at a time on my desktop. I don’t do crazy complex effects, just voiceover and basic cuts.

Obviously a desktop would be best but I’ll be traveling for a few months and lugging a desktop around sounds like a hassle.

I know I’ll be limited on storage, processing power, accessory setup, restricted to desktop mode, etc. I’m just wondering if anyone has experience in this area or if it’s even worth trying.

Thanks
