URGENT: Until when can I pass my accommodation form to the RO if my academic adviser hasn't responded?

Has anyone had experiences with accommodation forms specifically for adding/changing subs past late enrollment? (too lengthy to disclose reasons at the moment)

I heard I can only pass it within today and I live 3 hours away from the school. Im really worried my AA won’t sign or respond to my email in time and if the registrar would even be open, should I just present the printed out Accommodation Form to the RO without my AA’s signature?

This is my first time with this so any advice would help greatly thank you in advance
