Location Verification Error, who do I talk to to incite change?

Lots of people in my store are quite done with the glitch. Toggling WiFi no longer works, whether you’re using your personal phone or work phone. Not sure what fixes to apply anymore because sometimes they work, and sometimes they don’t.
