Help my peace lily

I took it from giant mother plant 3-4 weeks ago and it’s still looking really sad.

I’ve bottom watered it thoroughly, wiped the leaves of dust. I used to have this grow light for the mother and it was enough. The Bigger leaf used to stand up tall though the little leaves were always kinda droopy. New leaves refusing to unfurl.
