No Soundcard detected after installing new GPU.

Hello! I am new to linux mint (about 8 months in) I've used the terminal only when I had to. Recently I upgraded from a gtx 1660 to a 3060 ti. After I installed it I did have audio but once I downloaded the recommended drivers I have no outputs or inputs listed. Only a dummy output. I tried accessing pulseaudio but like I mentioned it shows 0 soundcards. I've tried looking all over the web for what to do and all I see mentioned is going into the BIOS which I tried but still had no success. Any tips on what to try next?

tldr; I updated drivers and now have no sound.
