New Subaru OB! Loving it so far, just a few quick questions

SOBP 2020

hi all, proud new owner and loving it so far. It's got about a little under 60k on it. Just a few quick questions for the outback experts out there.

- What immediate service checks to keep in mind at this point in the next 6 months?
- Tires at 5/32, runs fine even in rain but planning to change. Should i wait?
- I am in CA (think Marin county). It feels like the car struggles a little going uphill. Is that normal for a cvt. Coming from a german sedan, i do notice it a bit. Drives fine otherwise.
- I hear water drain noise everytime I come home after a long ride. Is that a normal AC thing? I notice it under the hood for a few mins then it goes away.

Anything else folks recommend here to keep in mine?

I am especially concerned about any engine, transmission etc service checklist for someone planning to keep this beauty for a long time.

thanks all.
