So sweet but not craving him physically

We met over hinge. Hes 34. I'm 37. We live in NYC, and the first date he picked me up and took me to a nice restaurant in Brooklyn. He figured out a bar for afterwards. He always handles everything. He listens. He speaks spanish and is patient with me as I try to learn. He is very playful. He has been taking me out to nice meals with drinks and doesnt expect me to pay. It seems like he must be well off. I'm not use to this type of treatment at all. I don't think at all, and just enjoy myself on dates with him. Meaning, he picks the places taking into considerations things I enjoy. He figured out the next moves. He picks me up, finds parking, and ensures the night will be easy and flow.

I'm just not sure if I'm attracted to him. Sometimes I think I am and then others I wonder if I'm just really enjoying this treatment. Our time together flows nicely. I can't tell if I would continue seeing him though if he weren't also paying for everything and taking charge the way he wants to.

What do y'all think? We are going on a 4th date tomorrow. I'm fairly new to dating in my late 30s. I usually fall fast and passionate and I'm trying to make sense of this.
