Forgot to collect prescription so dose missed - the fear!

This is the first time in years I have missed a dose - let alone ever forgot to collect my prescription! Thank god the pharmacy is open tomorrow morning but I’m already nervous for the disassociation I’ll feel in the morning and the brain zaps - it was 2016 I last missed a dose and I know that’s how it effected me then but hoping I get the dose in me soon enough!

75mg which I take every night before I sleep.

Praying it’s actually there tomorrow
