Things are about to get charming

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me out. There is a radio liner on a rock station that is played in my area, and I believe it uses a clip from American dad with Stan smith saying “watch out boys, things are about to get charming”. I have searched and watched all the episodes that are recommended to me, and I cannot find this episode that the voice clip is in. Anyone have any ideas?
