I run a revenue-focused recruitment placement firm. I handle candidate vetting, positioning, and closing placements — I’m looking for partners who can open doors and secure roles.

The role:

•	Full outbound to founders, CROs, VPs of Sales, and Heads of Revenue

•	Pitch partnership + role intake 

•	Focus on SaaS, tech, AI, and high-growth companies

•	Commission per role filled

Compensation:

•	Commission-only

•	Earn a % of placement fees for every role you bring that gets filled

•	Payments issued after placement closes

•	Unlimited upside — no cap

Time commitment:

•	Flexible

•	Ideal for someone who can put in 2–3 focused hours/day on outreach & follow-ups

Requirements:

•	Comfortable with outbound (LinkedIn, email, cold calls)

•	Can speak confidently with senior revenue leaders

•	Knows how to pitch value, not sound like a recruiter spammer

•	Sales experience preferred (recruiting experience NOT required)
