I'm pissed off.

first I wanna say, rest in peace to that poor woman murdered by ICE. the videos, even ones where you can't see her body, it is actually ghoulish and horrific how quickly a life was taken. and many more we couldn't see. I called it a while back that we would see the rise in violence, specifically political violence, as conditions got worse and it's a very dark reminder of what we're fighting against.

can I just say as a trans person that I am so fucking furious about the Epstein files. it's undeniable proof that the people who called me and mine and the ones who care about us pedophiles and rapists are actually the fucking bad guys. books are being banned, anti trans laws are everywhere. and it's only like,,, a fraction of the evidence. they won't even release the rest of it. they blacked out what they could and gave us crumbs when we demanded accountability.

I didn't forget. I'm not gonna forget. but man am I angry. where are the protests? what can we do besides vote? voting isn't working. is anyone else still thinking about the files? legally what can we, the people, do to hold those in power accountable?
