Lamictal and Hydroxyzine

Hi! I just started both tonight. I take my Lamictal at night jsut because it works better with my work schedule. Can i take the hydroxyzine and the lamictal both at the same time? she recommended 25mg twice daily but since im starting it tonight im only going 25mg and then beginning the twice a day treatment. Can I take both at the same time? Will it affect anything if i take my Lamictal and then taking my hydroxyzine an hour later?
