Why does only gekkomon have to hide?

The gag is that gekkomon comes out of the bag and says some silly shit and then tomoro shoves him back in the bag telling him to be quiet

But chiropmon is literally in Makoto arms and pristimon stays on reinas head

Im not sure if this has been addressed before but its weird to me lol
