Vietnamese food and deserts

Going to a day trip to Philly. My family is viet and use to go all the time. There was a pho restaurant I guess that closed down and now is Pho Today? That place was awesome, super fast service. Also served banh mi. They had buy 5 get one free!

Looks for the best viet restaurant and best deserts. Typically go to ba le for che but if locals know anything better lmk!

Also looking for the best banh mi. Would be nice if is near Washington ave as we are going to go to the super market there. Thanks!
