In deep looking at options

Rebuild

I found out during my divorce my ex rang up a staggering amount of debt in my name. I owe roughly $95k in personal loans and credit cards over 19 creditors. An additional $95k in student loans and $120k on my mortgage. Currently on the personal loans and credit cards my minimum payments are $3,717 a month. I have an additional $2,200 in fixed monthly payments. $2,000 in support payments starting in April, $510 in student loan payments (currently deferred), and $2,000 in variable expenses. My net pay per month is $7,980. So I’m definitely in the negative each month which make the debt worse by the day

I can get a personal loan at 19% for $50k (this offer is good up to $75k but reality I would only take what is over that rate) which would take the cards/loans over that from a payment of $1625 to 936.06.

I could call each of the cards and ask for hardship individually but I’m not sure if that will be enough. I’m thinking I need to call credit counseling.

I might still have some legal fees come up and I know I’ll owe an additional $1500 in taxes, so I’m hesitant to tank my credit for it in case I need to pull more credit. I’m currently at a 750ish according to the loan company I just got the offer from.

What do I do here? If I call credit counseling who do I call what does that look like?
