Weird mouse issue

When I redownloaded windows 11 today my mouse (without software) got it's layout remapped and I don't know how to change it otherwise

Everything is working fine besides the fact that my right click button is now also bonded to the previous page button that used to be on my second side button and my second side button doesn't work anymore
