Normal ultrasound

My bloodwork and ultrasound came back normal, but it still hurt then she was jabbing me in the right upper side near my ribs. I’ve had another normal ultrasound 2 years ago and a normal hida scan and ultrasound in 2017 but have had the pain on and off since then, with it turning more persistent lately. I don’t vomit or have severe attacks, just pain and pressure that’s worse at the end of the day or after certain foods. I just don’t know what else it could be! I feel like the doctor is gonna shrug me off and I’ll just have this forever. It’s manageable but it’s so annoying
