Help me please

I keep getting thoughts like “check his insta” or atleast look at it This is a guy I gave up on manifesting but spent a long time (about a year and 3 months trying and never got results)and I’m no longer interested(found my handsome bf) in so how do I get this to stop all together even life tips in general are fine
