When League decided no teams should win the game

The minions were moving but I couldn't click anything. The popup \"player_X left the game\" indicating the game was still running.

I played rank game. The game was almost coming to an end, only the nexus was left and my team was on the winning side. I was playing Leona.

Suddenly, all players got disconnected (indicating by the popup message and the chat history). Even though the minions were still moving, I could not click anything and was forced to end the game through Task Manager.

I checked the match history and both team was defeated. The game id was: 126623689.

The picture I provided was my match history and one of my opponent's match history (Khazix). As you can see from the game ID both teams lost the game.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
