Foothills digital school

I’m planning on upgrading some of my courses at foothills. I was wondering if anybody has done it at the school before and how it was. I’m attending mru and trying to transfer into a different program. I got my application denied from golden hills as I was not attending another Alberta school division. On foothills site it says all full time students need to be registered in an Alberta school by September 30. Since I am attending MRU what are the conditions for part-time students? Will my application get denied if I’m not attending another school?
