[IWantOut] 24M Dentist Finland -> Ireland/UK

Hello! The job market for freshly graduated dentists in Finland is quite bad at the moment and I was wondering how easy would it be to find a job as a dentist with a Finnish dental degree in these countries since I understand/can speak English quite well. I lived with my family in the US and Australia for a while when I was a kid so I have some experience living abroad.
