Detroit/Dearborn area

Not really sure if this is allowed or not. If It is please remove It. I’m trying to order something that isn’t on uber eats or any delivery apps. I’m not in Detroit so was wondering if I could just pay someone to make the delivery to my friend. (This would be next week probably Tuesday)
