Assulted by Purolator Employee

Hi everyone,

Strange situation to seek advice on - in short, a Purolator employee physically pushed me in the middle of a crosswalk / intersection during the middle of the day. The person was unhinged and in company uniform. There were witnesses and police are reviewing security camera footage. It was a slippery day but I did not fall. I have a back sprain from the kneejerk associated with avoiding a slip. I have reported the incident to the company but they seem disengaged. Would you be able to comment on the validity of a lawsuit and what might need to be proven in order to get some accountability from the company? On an unconfirmed basis, the employee may have prior altercations with the public. Open to DMs too.
