Lewy Body

Hello, With lewy Body what are typical things toward end of life that happen? Dad is now leaning in wheelchair and barely opened his eyes the 3 hours I was with him while he was sitting up in wheelchair. Including when he was eating-eyes almost closed and not talking as much this week. Still eating but wants to use hands not utensils this week. He’s also way more tired than he has been. Occasional coughs but does seem he is swallowing food ok.

When they lean is it core muscles weak or wha causes this?
