Audi etron 55 quattro 2019

So my wife complained that her audi connect app is not working and her satnav is giving a wrong location. She needs the app to use the pre heat function in these cold days.

Now i read all over redit. Tried all the basics like resetting the mmi with the volume poweknob.

I also tried going the fuse way. However i found a lot of missing info. I have posts saying i need to pull the fuse for the emergency call system

Others are saying pull the fuse for the tv tuner and data exchange controller.

The tv and data exchange unit (fusebox in the trunk) does not contain a fuse. So i ended up pulling the emergency call fuse. Waited around 20 minutes Put it back. Started the car....nothing changed

The sos button is also glowing red. I thought this has got to be green?

The network connection on the mmi is showing lte connection.

I am starting to get frustrated. I also read the gps unit might be the issue and it needs to be replaced wich could cost upwards of 1k euro...
