Please, Carol- Zosia spoke in Polish

I've been searching the Reddit community to see if anyone already mentioned this, but I think the 'Please, Carol' episode IS when Zosia briefly speaks Polish. I read that the sound 'no' in Polish actually means Yes in Polish. Rewatching the truth serum seen, Zosia looks shocked when she starts saying 'no'. She might actually be answer Carol with a 'yes' in Polish, but Carol doesn't catch that. Zosia's tears might actually be her scared as her individual self is coming to... maybe Please, Carol is actually 'Please, Carol help!'
