How to "upgrade" a cutlass into alpha wolf with lti

Hi guys, my pledge is currently a game package with Mustang upgraded to 325a upgraded to cuttie black, standard no insurance. I'm combat oriented and the alpha wolf is hard to resist. Since I am no expert with upgrade/melt/warbond/lti strategies, what would you suggest me to do?

• simpler thing would be to upgrade for 10 euro my cuttie to alpha wolf. No LTI
• or, melt the cuttie and buy a warbond lti alpha wolf. Is this doable? What about the game package in this scenario? How much would I spend in the end?

Also:

• does this lti thing make sense at all? Like I take the alpha wolf with LTI and in the future i can upgrade to whatever ship keeping LTI?
• Is the alpha wolf going to available to buy with aUEC in game shortly?
