Job ideas/ help please

I am looking for a job. I have always been in customer service but due to bad knees and back I just cannot physically do it anymore. I tried call center but the rules and metrics were obscenely irrational and it was so toxic I had to quit. Now I’m stuck. I have NO idea what to look for, what is a good thing for ADHD people to do, who the heck will hire me with my disorganized brain? I am smart and have common sense, but we know that doesn’t always translate to ideal employee. I need serious help please.
