How to bind the ping wheel back to only [Alt] button ?

Before this new patch, I was using the key [Alt] to use generic ping ( the blue one that don't show in chat and can identify enemy ward). Also using it to open the emote wheel.

I was using the key [V] for caution ping.

I don't like how they changed automatically the setting. but what I disapprove even more is that I cannot bind the key [Alt] ( without another button press like MB1) for generic + ping wheel.

I was also using [Alt] + [Q / W / E / R] for self cast and did not have problem in the past.

So do any of you have come across this issue or even better found a fix ?

Ps: If it is impossible to make it how it was last patch (15.24) then I will just have to develop some new muscle memory.
