Do certain benches get replaced? If so, which ones.

About 100 hours in and im noticing theres ALOOOOOOT of benches that have recipes that can be done at multiple different other benches. Like windmill and mortar and pestle for crafting tree sap for instance, windmill i think does it quicker? So should i just trash all my mortar and pesles and get a couple windmills up? Just got the fabricator up and running and i notice its basically a buffed crafting table. Should i keep the crafting table still? I got the electric furnace too, should i keep the concrete and stone furnace? My brain hurts trying to match recipes to different tables to make sure i dont miss out on any possible recipes 😭 HELPPPPP
