Everyone knows that there are lots of cops who are trigger happy hardo’s and any encounter could be dangerous. Everyone knows that police will shoot you 100% of the time if you drive your vehicle even in their general direction.

Every country on earth has immigration enforcement. ICE is a federal law enforcement agency with all the powers of any other federal law enforcement agency. They carry lethal weapons and they can arrest you on the spot if you impede in their operations.
