[PC] [2009] College or School Micromanagement Game

• Fixed perspective, not quite top-down but sort of a 45-55 degree angle from the ground. Camera could still follow selected students but wouldn't change perspective
• I remember it being played on a website, had a dark background and maybe some thumbnails of other games off to the right but wasn't as colorful as CoolMathGames, also had to have been a site allowed on strict school computers probably
• Everything could be managed down to customization of the students themselves. The halls were all gray and everything seemed really small/far away from the camera despite how the camera would have to adjust for characters going offscreen
• I don't actually remember a lot of what happened, there didn't seem to be a lot of story or anything of real substance in the game but a lot of the images I see online don't match what I remember. School Tycoon (2004) has the right graphics but everything is too colorful from what I remember and the game I can't remember didn't have any outdoor perspectives/scenes

It's also possible it doesn't exist, I've had some weird dreams
