Anyone else pregnant after tummy tuck?

Hoping to find others who have gone through this because I’m having a weird experience and am looking to see if this has happened to anyone else. I lost a bunch of weight and got a tummy tuck before I even had any kids. I later met my husband and have since had one full term pregnancy, and I’m 30w pregnant with my 2nd. My son was IUGR but we didn’t know until he was born. The whole 3rd trimester my stomach measured small, but they attributed it to my having had a tummy tuck and my ab muscles holding it in. I got one extra ultrasound around 32w, and they said he would be average size. He was in fact, very small.

This time at my 30w appointment literally the same thing happened. She couldn’t tell where my uterus stopped because of my abs, and I also have a wide torso. I’m scared this baby will be IUGR too. They’re giving me growth ultrasounds already, but I have to wait a week for another. Last ultrasound she was on track, around 40% I think.

I’m just wondering if anyone has had a tummy tuck and if their stomach measured small, and baby was still a normal size. My OB basically said it’s very hard for them to accurately measure fundal height on me. This is stressful as my baby has a small vsd, and I worry about it being harder on her if she’s small like my son was.
