Opposing threads

Just got my first can and ran across an interesting concern. I have a Sig MK25tb which has M13.5x1 LH threading, the suppressor/booster I bought is HUB RH threaded. Everything mounts up just fine, but my concern is during firing - do I need I need to be concerned about this coming loose? And it doesn't seem like you are able to periodically tighten it down to be safe, since when you twist the suppressor it loosens the barrel thread. Has anyone had experience with this setup?
