huge delay with low ping

Im contantly getting my imputs delayed in games, this only happends in roblox, not in other games**, specifically when Im at my region**(where I have low ping). Also, in some games I completely stop moving, like if I had disconected, but I can still see others move and move myself(even if only for me). This has become a constant issue and if I could at least know the cause of this I`d be satisfied.
