Is there a mod that specifically unlocks glow?

So I recently remembered that glow exists and I wana have it but don't wanna insta complete the map packs nor waste time beating them. Also don't want to use icon hack, just specifically unlock glow. Qolmod, Prisma and eclipse all fail. Any suggestions? Thanks
