How cooked am I for rated?

I just left AFROTC because I was running on an injured knee and I also had a pretty bad attitude abt the whole thing. Thinking I’ll go hit OTS in two to three years when I get out of undergrad as an aerospace engineer at UT Austin. How cooked am I for rated boards with the following stats:

GPA: 3.1 rn, best it’s going to get is a 3.5 by graduation tbh

AFOQT: pilot 99 CSO 76 ABM 97 acad 77 verbal 64

Also does my resume/internships matter cuz I have two years of defense adjacent stuff

Thanks
