Double rooms can be used as a double for only $625 a month per person, as a single for $775 a month! Utilities all included. Rooms are very spacious and come with bed, desk, dressers, etc. Has front and back deck, spacious yard, and is very comfy! My parents are the landlords so maintenance is top priority.
