What is your approach to winter flights?

I am in Canada and North of Toronto in Ontario. I have always taken a super cautious approach to flying in the winter which translates into me Not flying much if at all till spring. I have DJI Avata2, Neo1, Neo2 and Mini3pro. I have a landing pad and look for days without any kind of precipitation, low winds, and some kind of sun with a temp between -10 and +10 celsius. Which usually means 1 or 2 days if any in Jan and Feb. All have DJI Care. I am curious what others are doing during winter months? Am I being too cautious? Do others fly in snow?
